BIO 

Andrew Douglas is an attorney who has assisted hundreds of federal workers on their claims with the Department of Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Programs. He received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, and before that he graduated from Texas A&M University, where he majored in History and minored in Communications. He worked as an Associate Attorney at a prominent federal employment law firm and was quickly promoted to Senior Associate Attorney. He has been successful in assisting clients file CA-1 and CA-2 claims, obtain compensation, upgrade the accepted conditions on their claims, and obtain Schedule Awards. He has also drafted ECAB appeals on unique and underdeveloped issues. Andrew has the knowledge and experience in dealing with OWCP to help injured federal workers obtain the benefits to which they are entitled under the FECA.

In his spare time, Andrew likes to spend time with his wife, daughter, and son and watch Texas A&M football and Dallas Stars hockey. He also enjoys playing golf, cooking, and barbecuing.
